Bhandardara sits in the vally of western ghats and its surroundings are base to the many forts and some of the exquisite temples. It is also a place where river Pravara originates.

DETAILED ITINERARY
Leave early morning from Pune. Enroute have a delicious breakfast and reach Gondeshwar Temple at Sinnar. Spend a good time understanding this exquisite temple dated to 11th-12th century. Post lunch, visit another unique temple at Sinnar named as Aishwaryeshwar. Leave for Bhandardara. Enroute visit Gargoti Museum at Sinnar. Reach Bhandardara in the evening. Stay at Bhandardara
Highlights
- Visit Gondeshwar temple – It is one large temple at Sinnarthatdates back to the Yadava dynasty rule. This massive temple shows peculiar characteristics of Yadava architecture.
- Visit Aishwaryeshwar Temple – It is another ancient temple located at Sinnar which again dates back tothe Yadavas era. This temple shows features of various architecture styles existed then. Not as large as Gondeshwar, this temple leaves its mark in its own way.
After breakfast, checkout from hotel and visit Amruteshwar Temple. For a next whole day, explore some unknown but beautiful sites around and arrive Pune by evening with plenty of memories and snapshots of some unexplored places.
